Kanye West 遭摄影师控告未经授权使用其图片

Kanye West 再度陷入官司缠身，近日一位名为 Michaela Efford 的摄影师起诉 Kanye West 未经授权使用其图片。

整起事件源自于 2022 年 9 月 Kanye West 主办的 YEEZY Season 9 展示会，当时他身穿印有 White Lives Matter 的上衣，被 Vogue 特约编辑 Gabriella Karefa-Johnson 批评，而 Kanye West 就拿出了 Michaela Efford 拍摄的照片来回击。

Michaela Efford 在诉讼中表示自从 Kanye West 未经同意使用了这张图片后，导致她无法再从这张图片赚取版权或者营销收益，她要求 Kanye West 赔偿其损失，不过详细金额目前尚未确认。
